Hello from northeast pa

Hello my name is Rick new to the site found while looking for a recipe.
A lot of good info i found here and these things called fatties.
Well i just got a new smoker a perfect flame gas from lowes and seasoned it yesterday and did my first smoke in it today a round roast and yes a fattie.
2 days ago the only smoking of a fattie i heard about was illegal and not for me and today i smoked my first and have 2 ready to go for tomorrow.
the first one was peppers onions sauce and mozzarela.The 2 for tommorow are a pizza fattie,and a cream cheese,onion,and garlic fattie
