Hi all. I'm from Tunkhannock, Pa. Been a lurker on here for some time and decided to become a member. I have a 30" digital MES with a mailbox mod. Just did 22 pounds of pork butt with a mild KC style dry rub this weekend. 3.5 hrs with Apple and then went to 11 hrs with Hickory. When I'm not working I try to get in some home brewing. I make my own beer and wine. Thinking about making my own Kielbasa and smoking it. Maybe this fall I'll get to that.
