Hello Everybody!

New to the forum and wanted to say hello. My name is Philip and have been smoking for several years now. Although I am not new to smoking, this site is such a wealth of knowledge I have discovered so many different things. I realy want to thank everybody for sharing all the tips and tricks. Just hope I can contribute a little. I'm using 2 smokers now. A Char broil vertical propane and a MES 30 1st generation with AMNPS. Love them both. I look forward to the new fellowship!

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
