My name is Gary and I am an addict, well that is to smoking anyway. I found this hobby a few years back and it has turned into a passion. I had an offset for years, but about 7 months a go I purchased a Yoder 640. We use this thing 4-5 nights per week. I am a double cancer survivor and I found myself too tired after all night cooks. My pellet grill has solved that. The best thing that has come from all of this is my kids think Daddy makes the barbeque in Texas.  LOL 
 
The first step is admitting you have a problem...

Welcome to the forums, Gary!  Glad you joined us.  You've found a great place to learn and share ideas on our favorite pastime...Smoking and Grilling great food!  Lots of friendly and knowledgable folks here who really enjoy helping one another.  I am a pellet smoker owner myself, and you are correct, they are very convenient and worry free.  Just ask when you need help and you'll get plenty.
