Hello from North Louisiana

  1. I have always grilled my meat but just decided I wanted to learn about smoking meat. I found this forum which looks like an excellent place to learn about smoking meat. Just retired from the USPS this February so I now have plenty of time for my hobbies. I am also a big Dallas Cowboys fan even though I live in north Louisiana.  Any and all help in learning how to smoke meat will certainly be appreciated.  Thanks.

    Welcome aboard!

An old friend from northwest LA always said she was not a south LA Cajun?  She was a self declared "redneck Cajun"?  Sure do miss her!

You will find great people here!

    Good luck and good smoking.
