No smoker yet, but will be getting one for my birthday. I am looking at the 30" Masterbuilt Electric Smoker.

For now I am reading everything I can and collecting recipes from everywhere. I am lovin' this forum.

Howdy and welcome to SMF.

If you don't mind a little piece of advice. If there is any way to swing it, Go ahead and get the 40" MES. Lots more room. You can get 2 racks of ribs on each shelf laid flat.

I have actually done 3 racks  on a shelf.

Glad you decided to join us at the SMF. I think you're in for some fun when you get that new MES. Keep reading the forums, as there is plenty of good information from great folks who like to share good times. It's all good my friend.

First off welcome 357 to SMF. You first need to go grab you a smoker or you can build one for next to nothing. Now there's a boat load of infomation here to be had to. When you finally get your smoker you will be more then biting at the bit soon as you get it home for sure.
