Hello.  My name is Chirs.  I am a first time smoker.  Father-in-Law has gotten me hooked ever since he bought me the Master Forge 50.15-in 20 lb Cylinder Piezo Ignition Gas/Charcoal Vertical Smoker  from Lowes about 2 weeks ago.  I am a rookie to this, so I may have a few questions along the way.  Before my father-in-law left to go back to CA, we smoked a 25lb pork shoulder for pulled pork and a couple days later a salmon fillet and ribs.  All turned out wonderful, but now I am doing it on my own and learning.  Looking forward to talking to everyone and learning from everyone experiences.  Thank you
