Hello Everyone! I am Adam, form Lester, Alabama (On the TN/AL state line, about 30 miles West of Huntsville). I've been looking at this forum for years, and this year I bought my first smoker, an Old Country BBG Wrangler smoker and decided to join. I have only had 6 "smokes" so far and am still learning the tendencies of my pit but I look forward to sharing my experiences and using the experiences of others as a resource to having success.

My family tells me I have the best smoked chicken on Earth but I am trying to get that same reaction on my Pork - which has been hit or miss for me. I tried to do a brisket on July 4th 2014, but it was inedible. I dream of getting some great brisket off of my pit someday. I love to experiment with different things and really look forward to interacting with everyone here.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
Happy smoken.
