Hello, I'm a avid sausage maker from NJ. I do a lot of hunting and was taught to butcher at an early age. I'm a self taught sausage maker/smoker going on 15 years. I built a fridge smoker over 10 years ago so I could do big batches. My favorite homemade recipes making are, Italian, maple breakfast, slim Jim's with cheese, summer sausage, and kielbasa. My family really enjoys it also and gets involved in the process. I'm a lineman for the power company. Great website
