Welcome Brian!! Its a load of fun! I'll try not to talk too mucch since this is the meet and greet area but ............

Frist if you would take a min. and click on the "My Profile" icon on the above task bar and tell us as much or as little as you are comfortable with. Make sure and enter your Location as most with not remember what you have said here in this post. Seriously my memory is no longer than my....... well its a sad memory these days. It alllow better advice and discussions. If you live in Cloudcroft or Hobbs NM. makes a difference when you ask about wood types or cooking times, etc etc... see what I mean?

Also to the right you'll see a place to sign up for the E-Courses, they are free and they are without a doubt the best place to start. they take a week of short downloads so start as soon as possible.

Remember not everyone uses the same type smoker. Different smokers work differently so remember to always take advice into consoideration although make sure it suits your specific needs.

'nuff BS from me, I'll let someone else say high.

Good luck, have fun, there's a wealth of knowledge here but most of all remember, its supposed to be fun. Enjoy it, research your questions and discuss and share your results.

Pleasure meeting you, look forward to some great looking pictures!
