Just stopping in to say hi! I'm sure it will take me a while to get use to this format here. I have a Bradley Smoker, A-MAZE-N-PELLET-SMOKER 5x8, and a Pit Barrel Cooker. I like them all for different reasons. I've been smoking for quite a while and have settled on these 3 products comfortably. I heard a pellet grill is in my future. :). I hope I fit in here.

Thanks for the welcomes! My biggest problem will be is posting pictures as so many times I just don't have the time to take them. I kinda do it all at this house. Hope to learn, tips, tricks and new tried and true recipes too.
