NEDERLAND TEXAS
HELLO ALL

MY NAME IS ELI, I AM A ADVID EATER, THEREFORE I LOVE TO COOK. GLAD TO HAVE FOUND THE SITE, IT HAS A LOT OF GOOD INFORMATION. I BOUGHT A MASTERBUILT 30 ELECTRIC SMOKER TO MAKE SOME DEER SAUSAGE FROM THE DEER WE HARVEST EACH YEAR. BUT FROM WHAT I HAVE SEEM HERE IT WILL NOT ONLY BE USED FOR DEER SAUSAGE.

I HAVE ALREADY MADE SOME EXCELLENT SMOKED CHICKEN AND PORK ROAST, WITH PLENTY MORE TO COME. YOU WILL HAVE TO EXCUSE ME ON THE CAPS. THE OPERATING SYSTEM WE USE HERE AT WORK ONLY ALLOWS CAPS. I AM GOING TO DO THE 5 DAY COURSE AND SEE WHERE IT TAKES ME.

BY THE WAY NEDERLAND IS SOUTHEAST OF BEAUMONTS, WHICH IS ABOUT 90 MILES EAST OF HOUSTON. WE ARE NEAR THE LOUISIANA BORDER ON THE GULF COAST.

First off welcome to SMF there Eli. You'll really like this place for there are a bunch of really good folks here that would just love to help you with just about anything to do with smoking meat. Then if you have any questions you just post them here or yu can try in chat for a faster answer. If you are really new to all of this I would recommend that you look up and take the e-course. It is free and it will also give you the basics on smoking. So with all that said now go and get something to smoke.

First off Just an FYI, posting in all caps some consider it Yelling, and rude. Personally It don't matter to me, just giving ya a heads up.
