Hi Everyone,
I'm brand new to the forum, but not to smoking meat. I'm a genuine foodie, and love to fry turkey's, make a crab boil, and of course, smoke up some awesome tasting BBQ for Family and Friends.
Currently, I'm on my second Bradley Electric 4-Rack, and also own a modified Brinkmann Smoke N Grill (ECB), and just purchased a Weber Smokey Mountain 18.5".
Because I'm mainly a weekend smoker, I've been sticking with the Bradley simply out of ease of use. My young son and I DVR BBQ Pitmasters and BBQ University and I'd love to get my feet wet with some local competitions. I also realize this will entail me needing to upgrade to a more suitable smoker, so I'm in the market.
Looking forward to hearing everyone's tips and tricks!!
