Excalibur dehydrator owned for 2 days. Ready for some jerky. I have noticed that there are a lot of variations for jerky.

Thermapen digital thermometer owned for 1 week.  

Dutch ovens.  Great for camping.

Like mountain biking, fishing, camping and watching short track racing.

Excited to join SMF!  Ready to learn from the masters.
