Hi everyone, looking forward to learning and sharing on the forum.

I have been smoking for about the last 5-6 years and do enjoy it quite a bit. I have a Brinkmann Pitmaster Deluxe smoker and will occasionally use my Weber gas grill with wood chips and indirect cooking.

I like to smoke ribs, shoulder, sausage, brisket, fish, anything really. Mostly use hickory but also keep apple and cherry wood around too. I also like to cure and smoke my own bacon.

I love to cook in general and smoking is one of my favorite methods.

Thanks for letting me join.
