Just found this forum today, after a few hours of browsing, this is just my kind of place. Been smoking on charcoal for years and have some decent recipes, but for Christmas my kids bought me a new Masterbuilt electric smoker. It cooks very differently than charcoal, in time and temp so lots to learn.
