After lurking around for a couple of weeks I decided I better get on. Been grilling forever, smoking for several years. Mostly simple stuff, ribs, butts, fish, turkey. was trying to learn more and expand my smoking horizon when I found this site. Learned alot already. Great forum. Great people. I run a Traeger 075, which I seem to usa alot these days, a Weber 22.5" kettle and an old Sunshine grill that I will upgrade to a Weber here soon. Plus all the other gadgets I purchase/fabricate after spending time with you guys. Keep up the good work!
