I'm always looking for smoker' ideas, recipes, data...  Always passed through here as I browsed, so I'm joining up!

What got me serious about grillin', was Steven Raichlen's Book "Raichlen on Ribs, Ribs, Ribs", Workman Publishing.  I use it all the time...

I am always on the back patio, learning something new.   Simple equipment: 22" Weber, R2D2 looking Brinkman smoker - and I don't embarrass myself.

When family hits town, I also boil crawfish and shrimp on a cajun cooker...  I'm most know in my circle for frying turkeys.

My biggest backyard cooking inspiration: Justin Wilson.

Take care!
