New to the forums, and to the wonderful world of bbq. Majority of my cooking has been on a weber, my brother in law just picked up a new electric smoker and we have been trying that it. The results have been good. We did the St. Louis style spare ribs, which were excellent, some fresh trout, and now looking to do some pork butts. I look forward to getting to know all of you and trying new recipes. But most of all I truly appreciate the help and knowledge of this forum.
Thank you
