Hello from MN

Hi everyone.

I've been smoking meat for a couple years and am always looking for bigger and better ways to do it. I have built several trailer style bbq's and am hoping to build myself a smokehouse. Been cruising the site for ideas and figured it was a good time to join and get some questions answered. -20 yesterday and all I can think about is watching the smoke roll out of my future smoker.

Being from up North myself I know all about smoking in the cold. The sad part is when its butt cold out that is when I end up smoking the most. Summers get so busy and I'm gone all the time so it seems like I smoke a lot more in the winter. It sure it much more enjoyable in the summer but you learn to deal with it. Welcome to the site and I am looking forward to seeing your first smoker and some of your Qview.
