Hello everyone!
My name is Tim and I hail from just north of Kansas City, Missouri a.k.a. the barbecue capital of the world.
I found this forum when looking for help in mastering the art of working with my Smoke Daddy cold smoke generators. When I'm not wandering over 10 states in the South Central US, I spend my time cooking, grilling, smoking and perfecting my sous vide technique for friends and family to enjoy. I am a self-taught and consider myself to be a very accomplished cook, and I have been doing this over 30 years. I have collected, burned up, destroyed, utilized, quite an arsenal of cooking devices in those years. So now I have limited myself to (2) large Big Green Eggs, a Weber performer charcoal grill, and a Weber Spirit gas, along with (4) ANOVA sous vide immersion circulators.. I'm in the process of re-purposing a old cabinet stainless steel smoker purchased at Costco years ago, using a Smoke Daddy Magnum Pig.
I look forward to interacting with everyone here on the forum.
