Hello all I am as my username says a smoking preacher. I am from Columbus, MS. I own a 22.5 weber, a UDS, a mini wsm, and a stick burner. I have smoked a brisket, couple butts, turkeys, a lot of ribs, but still need as many tips as possible. I would like to make my own sauce and rub. I also tried and failed at smoked wings without frying.
