Josh from South Saint Paul. I am relatively new to the BBQ world. I've been smoking on UDS I built 3 years ago. Last winter I converted it to propane for ease of use. I am in the process of modifying COS by basically adding another layer of steel to it. Looking to continue to get better at smoking meat.
