Hello from Minnesota

Well with winter seemingly past it was time to break out the grills, my college roommates and i grill probably 4 to 6 nights of the week and we just cant get enough. I am the "grill-meister" of the house and pride myself within that haha, so this winter i decided to step it up a notch and when spring hits i will purchase my first smoker, therefore i joined this forum to get recipes, news, tips and advice. So thanks to all and im happy to join. Even though i have yet to smoke a thing, Happy Smoking!
