Hello all,

My names Ric and I've just recently started smoking. I've done a lot of grilling in my years of life but smoking is essentially new to me.
My current setup is like most beginners a modded ECB (Charbroil H2O vertical smoker) and I've turned out some pretty good product with it. I'm here to learn and to share what I've learned. Nice to meet you all.
