My name is Jason, I am an amateur smoker but I have big plans to soak up all the knowledge and practice it takes to place my foot into BBQ Greatness! I am going to pick up my first reverse flow smoker at the end of the month and together with a buddy of mine we will be starting a catering and fair vending business on the side. I could not be more excited and I hope to bring value to this forum!
