Hello From Michigan

  1. I'm just getting into smoking and came a crossed this forum. So far this place seems to be a wealth of info. My current set up is a propane Smoke Hollow from Sam's Club. I have added some rope insulation around the door. So far I have only smoked pork butts but look forward to smoking many different things.

    Welcome Xtopher713. Glad to have another Michigander aboard! What region are you from?

    Sounds like you are on your way with the Pulled pork. Chicken is another good meat to practice on. It's relatively cheap, and very good smoked.
