Hello from Michigan!

Hello guys and girls! I have been a long time lurker on here, and finally bought a Masterbuilt Extra Wide smoker this fall. I have made a few things on it and they have turned out great. They turned out so good, in fact, my buddy just bought a new smoker a few days ago and we are getting ready for some serious smoking fun! I just thought I would join because this seems like a great group of people and I have some questions. About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
