Hi everyone, glad to have found the site and from just the little bit I've been able to browse today it looks like its packed full of awesome info.. I love smoking meats with the top pick of my list being pork shoulder and the occasional fatty which I seen some yummy ideas of and plan to smoke a couple this weekend..
