hi im matt and i live near saginaw mi. been lurking on here long enough figured i better sign up. been grilling for awhile and working on smoking. i curently have a propane grill. i built a uds last summer but one of my buddies talked me out of it. so i figured its time to build something else. so im in the process of building a mini. once i get a few more pieces ill try to post some pics.

Pretty ambitious to start smoking with a smoker you are going to build. I started with a kingsford charcoal smoker i bought used off craigslist for $30. Enjoy the site, and especially the food you make!!

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
