Hello SMF. My names Dennis form Mesquite Tx. I'm just now getting into grilling and smoking being that I am a dad of 2 kids (6 and 4) and Ive come to the realization that I need to be the best grillin/smokin dad I can be. I just started my first attempt at my 55 gallon drum grill, teaching myself how to weld at the same time. Almost ready!! I only have about $40 into it so far!! Trying to keep it as low as possible for bragging rights due to my lack of skills as of right now.
