Hi my name is Roger,i have a 40' masterbuilt electric smokehouse.I picked it up last month and me and my family love it.I was a butcher for 11yrs,started back in the early 90's.I love making jerky and pepperoni sticks.Sundays can't come fast enough for me now! I look forward to chating with so many Smokers.
