As a smoke eater (and I see there are many here) I figured time to be a meat smoker... I have dabbled a bit with my Brinkman but mostly just grill. But after watching Pitmasters, decided to step up my game. Here is my how to video on bacon explosion and hope to video many of my smoking exploits. I look forward to learning and have already signed up for the 5 day. I am looking to upgrade to the Weber Bullet and see were it goes from there.
