Hello All,

Kc350twin here from Severn, MD. I am a VW Technician/Shop Foremen by trade and I am very new to Smoking meat, I look forward to learning and bringing a skill to my household. I am a terrible cook in the kitchen and struggle with the seasoning and other aspects of cooking. I let my wife handle that 99% of the time and its for the better. I am a okay griller IMO and gadgets like thermometers and such have helped my skills greatly.

Smoked meat recently came on my radar as something I'd like to do when I had some of the best wings at a Bar local to me. Then I started watching YouTube vids and I fell onto T-Roy Cooks channel. So I then went out and bought a Weber Smokey Mountain 18.5 because it was affordable for a first smoker and locally sold at my big box store. I have since cooked two batches of wings and a set of Pork tender loins and wow I was so impressed with myself.  I look forward to growing my skills and would love to do my first brisket.

That's Me
