Hello from Maryland!

  1. Name is Doug, this is my 4th year really BBQing, learned on a Char-Broil duo with fire box, really made some good Q on that thing. Now have a Weber kettle and a OK Joe Longhorn. I am doing some backyard/amueture comps this summer hoping to learn and get better.
