Hello all,

I was surprised with an Original Bradley 4 rack smoker for Christmas. I have yet to unpack it as it is -40c here :(  I am 35 yrs old and Can't wait to start smoking!! I didn't realize the amount of knowledge one can pick up on these forums, learning more everyday!!

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing

I'll unpack it tonight :) I am going to look at a stainless work table to put the smoker on, it looks nice has raised edges on 3 sides too. I'll post pics when I get everything all set up :)
