Hello All! My name is Jeremy, I'm from Central MA and I've been smoking for 3-4 years now. I've been using a little Char-Broil Water smoker, but will be upgrading to a propane CCSV in the very near future. I've also got a Weber Genesis for the smaller stuff. I've loved cooking since I was young, and have been making BBQ sauces and rubs for at least as long as I've been smoking. I was just turned on to SMF by my brother's Father in Law, and from what I've seen already, this is an awesome community.
