Hello from Lower alabama

Thank you for the add. I am living in lower Alabama close to the florida pan handle.  My home state is NC.  I am now learning about smoking meat. My new smoker now is called Char-Broil.  I want to learn how to build a small smoke hose and learn how to smoke hams and some wild game. I hunt ,fish,and camp. I am also a disabled vet. ARMY 73-77. Love to meet new people and learn new things. Love to attend out door hunting events and like to do some leather work and hunt with black powder. Thanks again. LC

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
