Hello from Long Island NY

I've been smoking for about 6 years, I started out with an electric brinkman bullete. I just bought a master built digital electric smoker and absolutely love it. I'm cooking a pork shoulder for pulled pork today and have read thru the forums for advice. I'll let you know how it comes out. I've been cooking Robson my brinkman using the 3-2-1 method and have had nothing but rave reviews from my friends and family. Thanks Jeff for this great web site and your news letters

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions Post it
and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is because their
are so many different ways to make great Q We all have our own taste.

Here is just a bit of New Member information....just a little FYI. If you didn't read the "Terms of Service" notes.....please do.
