Hello all, been lurking here a while and thought I would start participating. Been smoking about a year and love the challange of my ECB, figure if I master it I can use just about anything. I have smoked several chickens and quite a few pork loins. I look forward to using the info I have read from the many knowledgable members to start with some more expense cuts. I love the fact that everytime I come here I find something new to drool over (Fatties, ABT's my most recent finds). I would like to thank those members that take the time to help the newbies find there way thru the smoke........Brian

When you uploading to photobucket I always use the Large img setting, 640 x 480 it is a nice size...

We are always glad to have new people here cause they might just look at things and little differant then we do and that always make for some really differant way to do things. Welcome , I'm glad you came in from the cold. Yeah you're right about ABT's and Fatties they're great stuff and so darned easy to do. If you've mastered the ECB then You're well on your way and before you know it you will be giving the neubs some good advice yourself.
