Hello from lancaster, PA

  1. Been smoking meat on several styles of smokers here and there for a while. Recently bought a 40" masterbuilt sportsman elite and it really has me diving into the deep end of smoking meat. I'm having a blast and look forward to advice from the seasoned guys on this site. (No pun intended)

    Welcome. Great area you live in. I worked 9 years at the Lanc PO on HSB Pike. Then I became a Chef and opened/managed Lyndon City Line Diner...JJ
