Hey guys, been lurking a while, but figured it was finally time to join up.

My name is Dan, I'm in my mid twenties, married 3 years and have my first child (a BOY!) cooking in the oven. Didnt want him to choke in the smoker...

We recently bought a kingfisher kooker (backyard bonanza w/rotisserie) and have been burning it up for the last few weeks. Probably 300lbs during the month of February alone! Some of the best birds I've ever had. Not to mention all the beef, pork, fatties, rabbit, and mutton its seen. I know the friends and family have been enjoying it as well..

Anyways, looking forward to getting to know some of you, and learning from the best.

Dan

As far as qview... I will attempt to get some up soon. Not sure if we will be smoking anything this weekend. Talking about putting together a batch of burgoo in the kettle though.. Just play it by ear and see what happens!

Eric, I am in Owensboro..

Nice to see somebody pretty close! I make it down your way for work occasionally. We do a little bit of work for the Burger King's in this region from time to time. Last year or so we redid the concrete sidewalks at one of the madisonville stores (and central city as well), and some small work at the other store in madisonville.
