Hello, I'm new to the forum. I've been interested in getting into BBQ for a few years. Actually did a competition 2 years ago and did terrible(actually the ribs were terrible) but learned many valuable lessons and am looking to getting my feet wet again in competing. I currently have one UDS and looking to build/acquire one or two more, then I'm planning to build my own pit in a year or two. I look forward to absorbing as much info as possible from everyone that I can!
