I started smoking in 2003 with a Weber Smokey Mountain.   I mostly smoke ribs and pork butts.  Occasionally a beef brisket.  I make my own BBQ sauce.  Don't ask for a recipe, I don't have one.  I just grab everything out of the refrigerator and cupboard.  LOL
