Hello all, I am from Cunningham, KY. Ex Army Medic to all of the ex military out there. I have been grilling for as long as I have been able to cook, and I have a Master Forge Propane Smoker that I have never used and have never smoked before. I was doing some research on how to smoke as I have never smoked meat before, and I found this site. I am finally taking my smoker out of the box this weekend and gonna give it a shot for some pulled pork. Heck I dont even know where to start so any and all advice is very welcome.
