Hello,My name is Duane Hess and I live in London, KY. I am the owner of an internet radio station called Patriotic Radio Network where we broadcast all over the world in support of our Troops, Veterans, and First Responders, stop by and give us a listen. I am new to smoking but enthusiastic about getting started. I bought a Char-Broil Delux offset smoker. I know it's not the best out there but am hoping it will serve the needs of my family and I can't wait to put it together tonight. I also realize that this is a trial and error kind of cooking. I'm looking forward to the failures to learn from and the success of a full belly...LOL I appreciate that there is a site like this to help all of us New-B-Ques...Duane

If you didn't read the Terms of Service notes.....please do.  There are a few things that everyone should know about those pesky little rules before plunging into the forums. Rule #11......"Off Site Links are not allowed here at SMF" is something new. There are other simple guidelines for all of us to remember as we interact here.
