Hi all. New to the board but I really like what I've read so far. I just purchased a Masterbuilt Gas Smokehouse. It's seasoning right now as I type this with an apple an hickory mix.
I've been smoking for 7 or 8 years now using an old bullet and then a Big Green Egg for the last 4 or 5 years. Since my son was born 2 years ago I've found that I don't have as much time as I used to for smoking. This has led me to purchase my first LP smoker as I hope to (for the most part) be able to "set it and forget it". I look forward to learning the tricks of the trade when dealing with LP smokers and hope to be able to contribute with a few tricks and recipes of my own as time allows.

First off welcome Juice to SMF. You'll like it here cause there are abunch of good folks here that would just love to help you out with just about anything to do with smoking. We really like to have newbies here because they can bring in a new propective to how things are done. There's nothing like a new set of eyes to give and new way to make things that little differant to make things alittle better. So I hope you know about the Qview here.

It's also free and it will give you the basics of smoking. So after all of that you just need to go grab something to smoke and if you have any question just post them here and we will answer it quickly so you don't have any mishaps with your smoke.
