Hi all. New to the board but I really like what I've read so far. I just purchased a Masterbuilt Gas Smokehouse. It's seasoning right now as I type this with an apple an hickory mix. I've been smoking for 7 or 8 years now using an old bullet and then a Big Green Egg for the last 4 or 5 years. Since my son was born 2 years ago I've found that I don't have as much time as I used to for smoking. This has led me to purchase my first LP smoker as I hope to (for the most part) be able to "set it and forget it". I look forward to learning the tricks of the trade when dealing with LP smokers and hope to be able to contribute with a few tricks and recipes of my own as time allows. Peace.
