Hi,

I'm Steph. Hubby got a Char-Broil offset smoker as a gift. It's a rather small one, but I suppose that it'll get the job done if used right. Anyway, though I would research how to use it correctly. Interested in making a pork loin or shoulder, maybe a chicken or some ribs even. So, I am really just learning. I'm a pretty good griller, but I'd like to learn how to be a good smoker. I do inderstand that they are completely different processes.
