Hello from Kansas

I am new to the site and fairly new to smoking.  I live in Kansas and as a beginner I am currently using a 40" Cajun Injector electric smoker.  Over the past year I have smoked pork butts, ribs, chicken wings, personally caught Alaskan Salmon.  I have used this sight to learn but just now decided to sign up.  I am looking forward to increasing my smoking abilities from all the great folks at this site.  Happy Queing.....
